"Markets got exactly what they wanted to hear from Bernanke [in his speech at Jackson Hole]; that the economy is still growing, that the Fed has a variety of ways to save the economy if it stops growing," Dodge Dorland, chief investment officer at Landor & Fuest Capital Managers, told CNBC.
